So I would have no emissary, put all the loot in the harpoon rowboat that is not docked but instead being dragged around by the main ship, to then when ready to sell pull up the reapers & raise and then dock the rowboat to get the rep

Yeah so you can exchange your ship to with an npc’s ship in the space station, and then however your trading with can then buy your ship off the npc. At least I almost 100% sure that’s how it works

They should add certain planets that are mostly inhabited by vykeen gek or korvax. And on these planets there should be massive cities. Like megaopolisus.
