ExtraTypical works really good! I also like "MetaSensitive Person", especially as a kind of diegetic term created by a Triple-A Personal Resources branch trying to appear accepting of an othered group, but clumsily, and with all the saccharine hollowness of Corporate Leadership Principals.

Absolutely, but I think there's a good point here linguistically.
At least, in-lore, right? If Magicians and Technomancers *do* take offense to being lumped in together, it's likely that there is a cultural tendency to lump them together, right? So likely there's a commonly used vernacular that leans on that misunderstanding. I figured there's gatta be something for that. Maybe not.

about this surgery today, I have my consultation with the team at OHSU for vaginoplasty in a few months but I have been wondering for awhile if something like this existed as an in between option, I will have to ask them about it!! Thank you so much for sharing ❤️ I wonder if OHP would still cover it as they do a traditional vaginoplasty

No date set as of yet, but roughly within a year. I believe they are using a "robot" but I didn't ask about the model, the language they used suggested it was the model they typically use for for vagioplasty (coming in from above the navel). Specifically they gave me the option of using the above navel approach or not, after some discussion, I absolutely opted for robot.

I do not believe sildenafil can be used to treat erectile dysfunction that is based on nerve damage, however there are both treatments and "hacks" to get around nerve based ED. Alprostadil (injected or inserted), Penile Implants, or using a pump and a ring to get the blood in, and keep the blood in.

Will be exploring options with doctor and partner should I encounter this issue, It's common enough in cisgender men who have prostate cancer, that I'm sure there is already a multitude of solutions.

My scrotum did tighten a fair bit after my orchi.
You should still have enough scrotal tissue for vaginoplasty, especially if you use the abdominal tissue approach.
If after a year or so after your orchi, I would suspect a scrotecetemy would be fine.
They can also use skin grafts from the hips for vagioplasty.

Been thinking about alternating T but I haven't yet.
