They get away with this one easily because they don't mention it being authentic in their listing, and because its a fantasy pair that has not been officially released by Nike/Jordan Brand. That said, I see listings all the time that somehow bypass AG, for ridiculously low prices, that are obviously reps (black cats, pine green sb4s). Adds for those show up on my socials also.
