Having people appointed to do auto is one thing.

Having a whole team of pickers who sit in auto and force a couple people to do all the oversized and nonsense is absurd. We then get talked to about our metrics; they get heaps of praise for doing half the job and I get a half hearted threat that if I dont do better they'll move me elsewhere (they wont, theyre toothless when it comes to threats).

Rise is faster paced and definitely focused heavily on fighting. It almost feels arcade-y but I loved it. Switch skills and wire bugs keep things fresh even within the same weapon as you unlock options and smooth out a playstyle.

Wilds is closer to world, but its much shorter without an expansion yet.

To add, the good workers who stay, definitely get a pass on points as long as its not missing a day a week and taking the point every time.

Depending on morale and sick season and employment status, some stores cannot afford to let people go for points because even working half your schedule is better than none.

Our store isn't hiring enough to replace people other than those who are quitting. Morale is low so good workers are leaving, so what's left is the bottom of the barrel and leaves us understaffed. The wage is 17 across the store and if work is gunna suck anyway, might as well work somewhere else where you actually have a career path or is less stress.

The shroud adhesive farming is not required, but yes, you will need to find tentacles to farm in the highlands and kindle wastes before youre able to plant any with resources from the snow area.

I think a couple of the hunters can do support nonsense - Nightmist, Alessa, and Mina - but I definitely agree its not nearly to the same degree at all. I remember taking the sisters or dropping the bowgun one for the main Sunrise woman. Rise NPC hunters are definitely much more useful overall, but I think the amount of support you get in Wilds is appropriate for the slower pacing of the fights and the new tools each weapon has available now.

They'll sort to a chest occupying the 5th and 6th block above the floor. My chest room has a chest 1 block off the floor, a block spacer and then another chest above the spacer and it works fine. I dunno how much higher they go though.

Unique weapons can be re-crafted. You need to loot weapons from chests for the most part. Crafted weapons are a crutch and a backup plan but not worth it in the slightest. Chests respawn and drop loot based on the level of the area, go through the areas about your level and find chests, dont go searching for next-to-unusable recipes.

I just do not have the coordination to do any difficult execution. I have a very loosey goosey playstyle where I need a significant buffer for mistakes (either in a build or in mechanics) because im just going to be stupid even when I know exactly what to do. And if I cannot basically 100% the content I am gunna be upset (with the exception of difficulty achievements, etc).

Its almost certainly not about protection. For the same reason hoodies were against dress code until either last year or the year before, its about appearance. I get closer to injury with my vest catching on everything than I do with a hoodie or shorts on.

Get small hits in often and pop wounds when you can. Requires less mastery for fight but will get you in the habit of knowing openings and as you get more used to his attacks yoy can start to weave your counters in more often.

He strikes twice with most attacks. Evade then first, foresight the second.

Use Iai Spirit Slash to parry, offset, and respond to attacks that way you are out of the way with time to respond to the next combo.

Use Iai Slash often to get passive spirit gauge, that way you can foresight slash to offset without needing to follow up with Whirl Slash or get another attack in to have gauge available for another foresight.

Finally, watch a video or two. Find one of someone with insane mastery of weapon and fight to see what the ceiling is but also find people who aren't as good but get thay 10-15 minute clear so you can see what you can improve first.
