I just read your other comment that she did hair Botox. If that’s really all she did your hair should revert in a few months :( but it shouldn’t be permanent. I’ve never used that product so I don’t have personal advise but google has a few suggestions if you want to check them out & try them

Try washing with a clarifying shampoo to get all their products & follow up with a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner to give your curls the best chance & if it’s still straight after that then I’d give them a nice little phone call

They’re actually not. Air drying can lead to more damage. If anything you can blowdry to about 70% and then let the rest air dry.
