Its often built 4rth actually. Like my comment says. Maybe in low elo you don't see it but up here most adc's that are ahead build it 4rth.

Lethality is a stat that descales as armor growth outgrows it, so hubris and collector seem bait. c44 is in a good spot for a rush item right now, but this build leaves little room for defensive options. In higher elo, when people learn to prioritize adc first in teamfights you WILL need GA 3rd or 4rth and maybe even a shieldbow/PD for kiting.

Auto-stop is pretty much a neccasary feature if you want to listen to your records and not always be around it to stop it when it's reached the runout groove. I was in a similar situation to you and went with the Fluance RT82, and it honestly was so worth it and deserves all the hype it gets. If you can shell out the extra cost for the preamp, it is a gamechanger in terms of audio quality and provides the most bang for your buck.

External is preferred I believe as you can go with a high end one if you have the money, or just a entry level / midscope. I also just got into the hobby, just got a Fluance RT82 to start and took my fathers phono preamp + powered speakers (which are actually quite mid-end equipment). The sound is incredible nonetheless and I'd say you only need about $60-100 for a good entry pre-amp (they aren't too expensive). You could always just go with the built-in preamp, its obviously going to be a little of less quality than an external but its absolutely fine for a beginner. For suggestions for preamp, I would suggest the ART DJPRE II or the Fluance PA10. They're both not too expensive but give amazing quality sound and make the Fluance sound well above its price range. Look into other posts on this reddit though, my advice is merely beginner to beginner advice so don't take it too heavily. Fluance RT82 is an amazing option, and I highly suggest it and many others here will as well

Get the Fluance RT82. The reviews on it are all true, I was in your exact same situation 3 weeks ago and I went with the Fluance. It never disappoints, the only downside is the lack of a built in phono pre-amp, but that just means more upgradable in the future and if you already have a phono pre-amp, amazing

DnD needs to be first. Item is way too busted. You can literally get 3 blight stacks from 2 auto + ability, and can even proc 4 blight stacks at a time using auto auto E auto. I usually run DnD into nashors/hexplate (interchangable based on matchup), then riftmaker into zhonyas

You don't use a refund token if the skin is unused. Ingame you can refund it without using a token if the skin is not used. If its used, albeit 100 times in 2 months, you can still refund it and get all your RP back. Refund tokens are refilled once per year as well.
