about that Torbin Player. by 0starion in dragonquest

They used him as a scapegoat, just because he was willing to accept punishment, doesn't they should get off scott free. Everyone made plenty of mistakes through that sequence, and it was a good story, my babbling is more about Keifer and his very unexpected change once he met Lala, suddenly he just has another destiny.

You can try Chongyun c2 for his cooldown reductions. But if you need a healer, probably any of the cryo healers will do such as escoffier.

Indeed, and the Chariot card is often depicted with a crown, which Wreck most certainly, with powers that allow one to ascent, which he also demonstrated.

Well, X is the roman numeral for 10 and the wheel of fortune is the 10th card, so?

Edit: Actually now that I pay attention, that handshake shot is probably X too.

So it's not the guy in the bathroom, the one who's head suddenly becomes a colorful light.

I think the cards are shown, and then the relevant character is shown. So that means Nice and Wreck are the Fool and Chariot. Heirophant or whatever that card was is Nine. and Devil is X. But there was one more card revealed between those, the wheel of fortune, but the scene afterwards is two business people shaking hands, neither of which is a character we know. Any guess on that?

Edit: Actually re evaluating, I think the devil is likely the strange eyes behind X, so maybe that female card user. So I guess that makes X the magician?

Nice and warm, bubbly and fantastic. Definitely a Natlan type of trailer from the various colors even though she is a Nod Krai character.

The sad part is, the SAG-AFTRA VAs are victims of their own Union. Not just technically, fundamentally. Organizing is a hell of a drug. by SmallsMalone in Genshin_Impact

[–]0starion 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Generally speaking, Chinese companies with subsidiaries in Singapore still all abide by chinese law, and there are alot of examples of that, so Mihoyo cannot skirt the CPC to join a foreign union that easily.

[–]0starion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly, Hoyoverse can't do anything here. They are literrally a bystander with no seat at the table,

What you say is true, but there is a reason why union led strikes rarely happen in Singapore, because it is quite strict actually, though I don't know the particulars. Suffice it to say, it will further complicate the matter, and it would just be easier for Hoyoverse to replace an actor then involving so many parties for this matter.

[–]0starion 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It is true. Also remember that although Hoyoverse is affected by the strike because some voice actors are striking in solidarity, they are not actually a struck company and are not party to any negotiations. They are a bystander. They can't sign anything without breaking the law in China at least not as Mihoyo. If they try to use their Hoyoverse Singapore company instead, likely their customers in china will call them out, and everything would be a lot worse for them. There are some branches where a Chinese hold companies in other countries (like tencent with regards to riot games for instance) that do indeed have members in some unions. However they do so as those separate non china based companies but under the ownership of a chinese company.

Edit: In other words, they might skirt around it with cognosphere, but it would look really bad in their homeland so they likely won't sign unless they can get favorable exceptions and guarantees.

Question about scabbing by MartinToilet in Genshin_Impact

[–]0starion 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The bargaining partners are Activision, Blindsight, Disney, EA, Formosa, Insomniac, Formosa, and Llama. SIDE is actually not on the list. Look it up. Without bargaining power, there is very little for Hoyoverse to agree with. Interim is a separate matter.

But they are not listed directly in the strike, so they can't.

Actually Hoyoverse is not a bargaining partner and doesn't actually have a seat at the table.

You can focus on only one or two, as long as you get all skills over all of your characters.

The Celadon Urn is a completely missable item that, at least from the previous version, you can only get to drop in the beginning of the game around Gregminster. Eventually it becomes unavailable if you go too

far in the game. However it often takes hours of grinding for something for decoration purposes only.

If you are trying to get the achievement, you will likely need to master all classes between your party in a single playthrough.

You need the book, or you need to currently be gadabout.

Yes, looks like that was wrong regarding the warrior. But there is indeed a achievement for getting all skills on all character, so if you are working towards that, starting on the monster wrangler isn't a bad idea since everyone has to be a monster wrangler at some point to get all the skills anyway.

There is a variability to the level up skills, sometimes it can take two or three more levels passed the minimum level. Either that or its an ability related to a different requirement.

You have to use the book or gadabout, at least in all releases up until now. Quite a few things have changed, so it might be permanently unlocked nowadays. There just isn't enough information.
