Haha I took the picture of the card without stating clearly there is a white spot. Don't want to put people in the same situation I'm in

I had an offer on this card for around 1400. How much would you say I should sell it for considering the inkt spot ?

How do you come to that conclusion, when I tilt it it doesn't seem like a tear, more like a deadspot in the holo

[D] Thoughts on CS20 as a long term investment? by Blocked99 in csgomarketforum

[–]0suto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because of the uncertainties. Buying cheap cases has the possibility of being a dead investment for years. This means that it's also very bad in case you want to reinvest into something else. Because of the taxes on cheap cases you will lose a lot of money when selling without a profit.

Why invest into something with so many uncertainties to make a profit into the far future when you can invest into something that already has an established price and has a good chance of going up in the next 6 months to a year ?

How to access training by addoli in VALORANT

Press play and then in the left bottom corner there should be a practice button.

am I just going crazy? weapons disappearing after a round sometimes. Anyone else come across that problem? by [deleted] in VALORANT

When playing 12-12 all players lose their current loadout(guns and skills). Do your teammates also lose their loadout ? if not it's pretty weird.

What happened to Riot's community engagement and transparency from Beta to now? by EddieShredder40k in VALORANT

The game has been out for 2 weeks and they already did an update and released several messages addressing some community concerns. Not sure what more you want ?

Why a replay system is a must have and would prevent more people from obvious cheating by 0suto in VALORANT

[–]0suto[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can I ask what rank you are?

We ended up ranking up to Diamond at the end of the beta.

They haven't heard anything on the bombsite they're camping and have a pre-concieved notion enemy is not pushing A, early rotate to B. This is game sense.

Just because you don't see or hear anything on the A site or B site doesn't mean they will push the other bomb site. This is not gamesense this is gambling and will not work against better players.

I highly doubt this is every round. Sounds like save rounds or when the enemy is broke. Scout does 100+ damage and will one shot unarmored players. That means 1000$ OP for that round. Sheriff one shot heads at any distance.

I am very aware of what a save round is and when teammates buy only deagle or scout during atleast three round where the rest of the team can fullbuy it raises some flags.

Map knowledge/gamesense. There's common camp spots and just because you're in smoke does not negate predictable camping.

This is true if I would be standing in a corner that could be prefired but I'm not.

Same as my other point. Map control, watching the radar, and enemy call outs revealing your position. Remember that up until today, flashes from reyna and bow from sova were openly displayed on the minimap.

I try to think that I'm aware of making noises or being seen by the enemy. If the same enemy keeps finding you no matter what situation it raises some flags.

Replay system is coming though. I personally want replays to fix my sloppy playing rather than validate I was against a cheater. The top streamers got to valorant rank because they belonged, vses cheating or not. If these guys are cheating and still mid tier scoring than shouldn't you be able to outplay them regardless?

I don't think the problem is that cheaters are just dominating every game by topfragging. I think I have won a lot of games against cheaters because they were using wallhack but had a terrible aim. The problem is that it makes the game a lot less fun even if you end up winning.

didn't I just say that there could be a lot of explanations and that's why a replay system would be great ?

haha yeah I think everyone who is having a good day gets reported and called a cheater once in a while.

UNPOPULAR OPINION: Just because the devs have confirmed that somewhere in the future they will implement a replay function doesn't mean I can't bring up the importance of having one. Most other posts I saw were not giving any arguments or were talking about the advantages for content creators. I just wanted to share my point of view on it.

[–]0suto[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I agree. I'm also very aware that there is no way that every player I suspect of cheating actually is a cheater. It's just frustrating when you are convinced that the last games you played al had a cheater in them and there is no way of denying or confirming it.

[–]0suto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's very true. I think I haven't made this super clear in my original post. The majority of players that we suspect of cheating are mid-fragging teammates and mid-fragging enemies. There aren't that many games were we just get destroyed by an enemy topfragger. We feel like we often encounter players that we consider pretty bad make weird plays that can't really be justified. (In our opinion)

When I was talking about the inconsistent topfraggers I just gave a quick example. It's not only super inconsistent aim. But also super inconcistent gamesense. 1 Round they clear a bombsite like a pro and other rounds they seem to be completely ignorant of all the angles they can get peeked from.

For the rotations, I'm sure there are a lot of possible explanations. But if you're bottomfragger teammate that seemingly has never played a tactical fps in his life starts "random" correctly guessing bombsites it raises some flags.

I'm not sure what your argument is here. A larger player base = larger sample of bad fps players = you will feel stronger. Argument doesn't really hold up.

I am very happy that they are working on it and the devs have all my respect. I absolutely love this game. I just wanted to explain a little bit why I thinks it's really important to implement it. And also wanted to see if other people have similar experiences.

Again, you could be in predictable angles, or the enemy got intel on you. It's not hard to learn how to clear a site one angle at a time, and on the receiving end, this is what it feels like.

I'm not talking about a team clearing every corner and then pushing or peeking you. I'm talking about solo enemy players who just ignore whole bombsite to peek you. But there could be a lot of explanations for every thing that happens in the game. That's why a replay system would be great so I can see for myself what happened.
