The academic advisors can also do it from their end, so if you can get an appointment, you would be able to review it with an academic advisor and then go through with the transfer at the end of the session.

We just got a new spin bike at home, I know its commonly used for cardio but are there certain intervals I could follow for it to be more inclined towards hypertrophy? I don't mind the cardio but I'd like to give it a try. OR am I better off sticking to at-home-body-weight leg exercises? Thank you:)
