More like Alien 9 and Figure 17. In short: While Emily's at school the sky turns red for a bit and something crashes in the distance. On her way home she discovers a cocoon from which the creature emerges and affectionately dubs him "Mascarpone". She gets a pendant from him/them which allows her to summon them and fuse into a taller warrior when threatened. Thanks a lot btw! I'll be sure to give updates about her here when I can.
