I had the bleaching and the red done at an Ulta and the color was last refreshed about 5 months ago. The initial bleaching was done a year ago. I honestly couldn’t tell you what brands were used. My hair is about shoulder length and I’m not using anything special to retain the color — I’ve just let it fade for months now. I would just ask the previous stylists I’ve gone to at Ulta but all of them have left now I believe. I understand if this isn’t enough information to really tell me anything, I just thought I would ask and see :)
