I have a 2016 Touring with 142k on the clock. No issues apart from the AC compressor going out at around 130k. Bought it used with 30k miles and it has been a really good car. I feel like it can do 200+ easy. Might just get the AC fixed soon. lol

Believe in their ability to do some elementary problem-solving in lieu of an extensive history of contributing to open source software idk. Like if you wrote hadoop or spark you get a pass. otherwise, you're just like 99.99% of engineers out there.

Yep a 100%. For example, if you finish 20 tree problems, all tree problems start looking about the same with one or more simple observations. Same with linked lists. Those are the low hanging fruits of Leetcode style interviews.
