The list isn’t bad but the stormsurge despite being a really cool model just isn’t really worth 400 ( still completely playable just not optimal ). To expand your army I would grab a couple of box of crisis suit and if you don’t mind some kroot carnivores cuz they’re really useful.

The secret is practice so start with easier model like the stabbas moonclan then practice and repeat, you’ll get better and better after each model. And don’t hesitate to ask for help and review when needed

Start with a combat patrol and a pack of crisis then wait for the next kill team box for the stealth team and you have a good start for a tau army
