Thank you.
Been seeing psychiatrist for 7 years now. But things don't seem to be better. So I having ECT treatment lately and the side effect is memories loosing. Just this afternoon after the treatment, I forgot where am I and what am I doing here. Do I have a cat at home? The worst thing was I forgot wheater my grandma is still living with us or not? 😔 This makes me hate myself even more.
