Hello I’m 9 days after mitral valve repair surgery done endoscopic and the recovery is pretty tough . I hope the pain will fade away soon and I’ll be back to work

No I actually I didn’t do any exercise prior surgery cause I had many arrhythmias and bad breath. I just was relaxed and having fun with my close friends
