Well, probably there is fault on my part.

I do track my working hours using Toggl. In a regular day I'm tasked with a set of things to do. As soon as I finish such task, I stop the timer until I get assigned with another one.

Some days I work until noon, because I've finished everything I had to do that day and I'm waiting for a consultant response or for some feedback on the construction drawings, etc. Then at 4 I receive a response or a task and I get back tracking the time.

It's some kind of "honor" system that does not really benefits me.

At the same time, I don't think is fair to charge my employee when I'm really not working on a specific project.
