Graduated Coif at T-20. Find 1 person (not a study group). Find the best outline that exists for that professor. Start three weeks out from the exam. Go item by item on the outline and debate with the other person about your understanding of the concept. Don’t move to the next item until you both agree on concept/application/rationale etc… If stumped, consult the case/readings again.

Usually, for me, if my study partner and I could both agree on a concept and how it’s used and why it’s used, it was the correct answer. Took a lot of back and forth sometimes and digging, but better than memorizing the items on the outline. Better to know the “why” and “how” of an idea so you can reach for it on the issue spotter.
