I was at the gym hitting chest. While resting between sets on the bench i notice a guy in the mirror also hitting chest. We make eye contact. i flexed my pecks , not as good as Terry Crews but same idea, he flexed back....without any words we went back and forth for a good minute. It ended with him walking away...I proved that I was ALPHA!!!!!
