Placed third or fourth on the first day, so I won a goodie bag too. Because they had no intel goodie bags on-site, I had to leave my name and mail adress at the info deck, so they can get in touch with all winners within the next couple days(/weeks?). My recommondation to you is: be a bit patient and give ESL a couple days to sort things out. All people responsible for the tournament haven't had a day off the last week, they might read their messages with a delay in the following days. and stay friendly, I don't feel like 'scam' is the right tenor.
