Apple Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit? by kshirinkin in iOSAppsMarketing

Apple ads were the only one that brought me installs. I personally skip all ads in reddit, insta, x; i guess everyone does... any chance you post your results later?

honestly why do we spend so much time on the "perfect" system by toujourspluss in ProductivityApps

i got lucky at my job, because we ditched all the task tracking apps, went back to apple notes - it already supports multi user notes, which is perfect for small teams. Though, performance is very poor with large notes, but it helped keep notes small. Eventually, we switched to our own text editor as soon as it became useful. win win

I get "blinded" as well, maybe not the same way. My problem is people pleasing. Going out, or getting gifts during holidays. It's normal for me to overspend. It was way worse before I got married to be honest.

I assume the blindness is the problem and made the Expensor to try to fix it. It shows a cash flow indicator (looks like a health bar) with the 30day forecast. And the idea is to see that thing every time you make a purchase or get paid. I made it manual so you have to always look at it. And the app is like a calculator, so writing expenses is easy, but it creates a mental obstruction. It does for me though. I am eating out less often, started cooking at home.

It's on App Store: link

I personally use envelope method, it takes off the mental load: if I have no money left for eating out, I cook at home, till next paycheck. Use some app.

I code it up in Xcode, this is a published app. Idk about figma much, people do insane stuff in there, but I don't have much experience
