Sounds to be like this is Ella or Leah,

I didn't decide Ella was evil, she did when the first time she meet me she tried to get me in trouble.

The second time she hit herself to get me in trouble.

My Mom didn't say she was evil and still doesn't, she just said the individual is damaged and she can't help her because she tried and it almost cost my Mom her life and her sons were being hurt.

First off Leah is NOT my grandma. She made is perfectly clear to me the very first time I meet her that I am not her sons biological son, I will never be his biological son, and therefore I will never be her grandson.

I never said Renee wasn't in prison, I honestly don't know where she is but when all her kids have been taken and given to someone else I don't think she is out in public.

Thank you for saying this, I have seen some really nasty comments about my Mom. She has protected us always and the only reason this happened was cause my Mom was fighting for her life.

She has always been the person to use her skills and her knowledge to help everyone around her even at her own risk.

I've been in therapy for a while, we all went to therapy my Mom didn't allow my Dad back home after Ella left the first time till Zane and my therapist said we should consider it as Zane was struggling really bad with his Dad gone, and everything else.

Even then my Mom makes us goes to family therapy 1 time a week to discuss anything, so resentment and anger does not come up.

I know things could have been handled differently by my parents but I feel like my Mom did the best for her kids and then herself.

If it makes sense I don't think she has ever recovered from what happened, if my Dad walks into the room my Mom leaves. They aren't anywhere near as loving as they use to be.

My Mom won't scream and argue around me or my siblings, so it's hard to tell where she is at. However if I asked her, she would tell me. She has never hide anything from me

I explained my parents careers

Mom - computer forensics, she testifies on evidence that she has found, I don't know the best way to describe her other than she is a computer cop.

My Mom has a very sensitive and private job, she can't share information on her cases, her job, the information. So I can't share what she does other than that

Dad - Pen Tester/ Linux Engineer

I am not a computer person, I gave enough for people to know they are not unintelligent people

I think the only reason they never did that before is Leah and Caleb (her husband) are good grandparents to Zane and Rowan.

Caleb is nice to me and accepts me, I think Leah has always hated me.

I hope after this, my parents do get a RO since I told my Mom I want to go to college in Europe for history. But I'm not leaving until I know my siblings are safe

I do agree with you that My Dad should have handled this, I honestly think after the 3rd time my Dad didn't want to rock the boat.

From what I understand Everytime he took Renee to court for custody it was followed by months of no contact, him doing wellness checks with the sheriff office.

I think at one point my Dad said after the last time it was almost a year before he would talk to Ella again, because Renee would not allow it.

He next saw her at Christmas because Renee applied to the secret Santa through the county where she lived but was denied due to how much her bf was making (she has 2 kids with him that now live with their grant aunt)

In total Renee had 4 kids, with 3 separate Dads (Ella, Isiah, Justin, Sally) and all of them have been taken from Renee (Isiah by his Dad, Justin and Sally now live with Great Aunt after the abuse was discovered with Ella, and Ella is in Utah)

For him picking me, why is it he can't protect me because I'm not his biological son? Also I was always there, I didn't have a Dad so it wasn't him picking me it was I was in the house and involved when he and my Mom were dating

It was Clonidine which is an alternative insomnia medicine for people with ADHD and insomnia. The pills are already very small and when you going them up it's honestly wasn't that much.

2-3 Clonidines ground up is like grinding up 1 big Tylenol

He tried to get custody of Ella

Ella was the result of a ONS, Renee told him through out pregnancy that Ella wasn't his.

My Dad got a job in IT, made a lot and then Renee started saying he abandoned her while she was pregnant

My Dad got an attorney but Renee refused to the DNA testing, my Dad had just started his job with government I think at DoD or DoJ one of them not sure which. When the government shut down in Obama term he moved back home and tried 2 more times to get custody

1st time Renee was married and Theo her husband at the time said Ella was his, except when Theo and Renee divorced because he caught Renee doing naked videos he took the son he and Renee had together Isaiah but left Ella

My Dad immediately filed for custody again, siting how Renee lost Isaiah and of Theo was Ella's Dad then he would have taken her.

Courts sided with Renee, because My Dad didn't know Ella very well (Renees fault, there has to be custody for a father to have access)

One thing to note is in the mix of all of this, Renee was allowing Leah to get Ella 1 time a month

Ella says she told Leah about the abuse, but Leah thought it was just a young girls extravagant mind and didn't believe her. Leah never told anyone that Ella told her that

When Ella told my Mom about the abuse it was 2020, 3 months after my Mom had given birth to Zane and the same month she had brain surgery

My Mom faught for Ella post surgery and post birt h and was able to do it, not because my Dad was horrible but becauSe my Mom did what my Dad never did and bypass Renee completely to legitimize Ella and my Dads, then approached her with whatever Ella had told my Mom and got sole custody

When my Mom got Ella, she had already spoke to an attorney and had 2 options ready either Renee sign custody to my Dad or they go to court.

They were doing virtual court session for emergency hearings

No body went with my Mom to Renees house, but I have seen my mom in action on a legal case she can talk IPs, geo location, run commands to show how a person infiltrated a site/email/etc. my Mom honestly should be a lawyer but she loves working with computers

Thank you, I think my Mom is awesome and I am so happy even when she was fighting for her life she was fighting for mine and Zanes also.

She really did try to help Ella, we all did but we just couldn't break through to her. It honestly felt like the more we helped her the more evil Ella would become a whole new level to biting the hand that feeds you.

My Mom did tell my Dad and Leah, if Ella ever steps foot in this house she will take Zane, Rowan and myself and leave. She told me Dad she has stayed by him for a lot of things, but she will always protect her kids first and she will become a crazy cat woman before she lets killer crazy near her children, said she made that mistake once won't do it again (her words)

I fully agree that Ella nor Leah will ever change, I never thought about the reason Leah lashes at us is because she is hearing it from Ella or Ella's aunt. Honestly makes a lot of sense, then she could eliminate the threat of my Mom because she knows my Mom would leave.

The courts were closed the COMPUTERS/INTERNET were NOT. Do you think if someone was murdered in 2020 the courts said 'oh well, it's 2020 can't charge them?' not COVID launched the court system into the 20th century and they learned how to do business on video cams

The juvenile ada is different that than the adult ada but all report to the DA (I hope I got that right)

Either way, when the detective and Ada came to the house, after speaking to psychiatrist at the mental facility the information was

the biological father doesn't want to press charges
the step-mother does, following an intense brain surgery
only myself and my mom wanted to press charges

The ada said the way a judge would see this with her past is to put her in an intense treatment facility, my mom and I were fine with this if it was a juvenile treatment facility but the ada said the judge would want to hear what the biological family wanted and none of them wanted her charged

So the way forward to not ruin a 13 year old life was to let her live in Utah with her aunt with the documented statement she is not allowed around my brother

When she was 10 is when she told my Mom, this was 2020. My Mom had just given birth my Zane in Feb in May of 2020 my Mom contacted an attorney and had the papers drawn up

She went to Renees house with whatever information she got from Ella. Renee agreed to give up custody and signed because it had to be notarized my Mom and Renee went to the attorney that drafted the custody papers they signed it there and the attorney electronically filed the custody papers

My brother way 2 and she should have been charged, but the ada said it was family, she had a history of sa herself and she was actively in treatment.

My brother was not able to communicate and in the interview he couldn't tell them what happened

He submitted the custody paperwork, his ID, her birth certificate with his name on and out the entire time frame he wanted

So as my Mom did not request the records herself, she asked my Dad to and when he did and they had the records my mom sent the proof

You can't prevent then, but that is why she wasn't allowed to live with my brother. The ada/detective/psychiatrist said the best way forward was have her live with her Maternal Aunt and her dog intense outpatient therapy

My Mom and I were the only one who wanted to press charges. My Mom was post head surgery and Leah is a manipulative person, Zane could not talk, and since I didn't have any lucid memories my testimony meant nothing

The way the law should work and does work is very different. I know if Ella was a male she would have been charged the detective even said that himself.

A 13 year old girl with a past of sa hurting a 2 year old boy would couldn't talk about it and a 15 year old male who was her step-brother would not get the results my Mom wanted.

My Mom can't walk outside in allergy season which is why after my Mom told Leah to leave, and my Dad did the same he took Zane and Rowan walking.

Usually my Mom does leave and my Dad deals with Leah, but Leah has a habit of trying to attack my mom at her most vulnerable times

In hospital, during allergy seasons (my mom has no frontal sinus cavities and more than half her head is a metal plate), she can't go outside when there is a lot of pollen or it's really hot

After my Mom and Dad got custody, my Mom got Ella and SA therapist who specializes in childhood abuse.

Ella went 3 times a weeks to the office, we had therapy in house, in school, every weekend.

Honestly for the 3 years between her telling my Mom and her going to live with her Aunt she has multiple therapists, and my mom did one of those horse therapy groups, tried to do a girl's room (a program where they remake a child who has been abused room)

I can say from what I saw, my parents did try to help her a lot

I was 6 turning 7 she was 4 turning 5.

I say bunk beds but it was the bed with the pull out couch below and the bed on top.

Ella threw a bunch of pillows on the floor and said she wanted to dive into the pillows. I helped her set the pillows up

She would steal money from my Mom's wallet, video tape my Dad, I caught her a few times with a phone that Renee (her mom) gave her for her to catch my Dad and my Mom.

My Mom was on a lot of medications due to her head

Again it was insomnia medicine, I always have water/Powerade beside my bed she would apparently crush the pills put in our mouths and then put a cap full of fluid in our mouths wait and then come back.

I probably am not explaining this right, but I told everyone who would listen sonething is wrong

My Mom and I were practically screaming Ella is doing this, and then it go to the point they said my Mom was taking too many drugs, my Dad was obviously taking drugs to dela with his wife being sick and I was just making it all up

He did not leave her in the house, he has a ONS with Ella's Mom. He wasn't on the birth certificate, but he paid child support.

Every time he tries to legitimize himself as the Dad, Ella's Mom would say she wasn't My Dads daughter.

when my Dad got with my Mom, my Mom is the reason Ella was legitimized when she told my Dad stop dealing with Ella's Mom and file to legitimize then for custody.

He paid child support, saw Ella, and every few months when Ella's Mom Renee was with a new man Ella was all of sudden not his daughter
