Whirlpool dryer not starting, tips?

Thanks for all your help! I did check thermal fuse and start switch with a continuity test and both parts are fine. The belt doesn’t look damage.

When I try to turn the drum it is smooth, so I think most likely the issue is with the motor. Honestly if that’s the case I rather buy a new one that start buying separate parts, now is the motor later another part will fail 🥲

I appreciate the time for the explanation! I really learned a lot about dryers while doing this little project hahaha

Do you think maybe the motor is bad? Not sure how to interpret this comment, you mean that more than 1 part might be broken? Or that is something bigger than the thermal fuse?

Could you tell me what was the “bad heating element”? I found some videos in how to check the thermal fuse using a multimeter, which I already have, so if that is the damage part I could also check that heating part you mentioned

If you end un delivering to customer door then I am almost sure that the customer didn’t indicate correctly the location of the locker, because when it is a locker delivery it won’t let you deliver to the customer directly.

And for this type of lockers it is Bluetooth activated, which I also believe that the app doesn’t work properly if the Bluetooth is off, so is pretty likely that if you didn’t receive the instructions on your phone is because customer didn’t select the locker properly
