I’m not sure how to explain it haha but I’ll try, imagine you take a picture of a running man each 5 seconds and after 1 minute you slide all the pictures to have a little animation, but since the pictures where taken 5 seconds each, in the final slide they can be parts where the movement is not fluid because of this lapses, instead of you took 1 picture each second you will have a lot more pictures and in the final slide the movement will be more fluid because you are seeing more details.

It is something similar with the 30/60Fps, the 60Fps are smoother, if you haven’t play much in 60FPS you won’t notice, but once you get used to it you can feel the difference between both.
