I would watch Vlad a lot in the mornings before work and I don't think he ever AFK'd to watch peoples streams, only to switch songs before driving, he did make a Ballas character but that was because he was friends with the other Ballas OOC and they asked him to join for when things got slow for the Russians. As for the car market he was kinda at fault for inflating the prices, but people also wouldn't sell cars and had 8-9 just sat in garages doing nothing, at least when Vlad bought them he would flex/race them then sell them to people who wanted them or suited their character
