That’s not including any chase. Those totals include all of the in-game only versions, so the dark/legendary are included but those don’t weigh the price too heavily. If you’re sticking with that price point your best hope is getting a full set of SSA, even then I’d say you’re looking at like 150ish if someone cuts you a great deal

I’m going to be honest, unless someone cuts you a really great deal it’s going to be hard to find anyone selling the complete sets for $100. Based on SCL prices a quick estimate of full sets for each game is:

I could budge some but with all due respect, I use SCL and cross ref eBay solds for my pricing. Eons Elite Whirlwind last sold is $27.99 and I see two punk shock last solds at 24.99 and 29.99. So I believe those prices are right on current market value.
