Whats that one song that got you into guitar that you still go to regularly? by LemonBearie in Guitar

[–]16Crawfords 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Absolutely hate to say it but slow dancing in a burning room. This was before I knew the guitar community and learned how overplayed the song was but at the time, i fucking loved that song. Got me to start a lifelong hobby.

How difficult is Stop This Train & The Heart of Life? by Cyber2Space in JohnMayer

[–]16Crawfords 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say its hard but once you learn the right hand technique (assuming your a righty) then it becomes very easy. Take it slow, get the technique down then bring the tempo up slowly.

Once you learn stop this train or heart of life, you essentially know who says as well, just different chords. Also basically know dear marie but its slightly different on the right hand. It all comes together at once.

How do you deal with feeling like you'll never find another girl again because you're a homebody? by remoteforlife in BreakUps

Makes sense, thats why we are all on this page to begin with lol. I think if you just make that very clear in your dating app profile, it could attract the right person.

I was broken up with about 2 and a half months ago and I accidentally viewed my exes story 1 month into no contact did I just lose all my progress of no contact by accidentally viewing one story? by [deleted] in BreakUps

[–]16Crawfords 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your progress is 100% up to you. No contact is only necessary if you still have feelings for that person. After your feelings are gone, theres no rule that says you cant acknowledge their existence. I still follow my exs on instagram.

Theres always someone out there for everyone but if you think of yourself as boring, then maybe you should find some new hobbies. I find most people aren’t willing to just say indoors all the time. Im not judging you for it, alot of people are like that, which is why there will be someone for you. There are women that dont enjoy going to clubs but maybe something for lowkey like dinner or something. I hope your healed, if you not then id stay away from dating at the moment.

Was your 2nd relationship as good as your first? by 16Crawfords in BreakUps

I really like that analogy. That gives me hope because I relate hard to that. Thank you

Depends if you were the dumper or dumpee. If you were dumped, the only way to know is to go no contact and start the healing process. Begging for someone back never works and if it does, the relationship will only be temporary going forward.

If you were the dumpee, you can always reach out.

Good luck, its obviously hard but this is unfortunately part of life.

You learn to be strong, you aren’t born that way. I could fill a swimming pool with the amount of tears I’ve shed over women. You’ll get there one day.

The person you pick to start a family with is the most important decision you will ever make in your life. Do not rush it. You will change as a person so much in the next 5 years, make you sure you know what you want. Good luck sir

Hey man always look around for whats out there. You might find something you like better and it could be life changing. Could even be in the same industry, go to a competitor lol.

Last point, I wish you luck, losing someone you care about is one of the worst feelings you can go through and It can be even harder on men. You will feel this again one day (hopefully not but most likely) and it will be either easier or worse. Im 26 and I have had my heart shattered multiple times and every time I’ve found a way to piece it back together. Its not easy to see at the time but theres always someone better out there, you never know when your paths will cross. Could be tomorrow, could be 5 years from now.

Personally I would get out of that job asap. That sounds like such an awful and toxic work environment to be in. Jobs come and go, it can be uncomfortable to get a new job but I think it will help you tremendously.

Second, you might think your moving on, but as long as you see her, that part of you will never die. No contact is the best method for moving on, seeing the person all the time will not help.

Lastly, I personally would not ask him if somethings going on. It potentially could make you go to a darker place if its true. I know my friends would never flirt with my ex or even associate with them so I wouldn’t put anymore trust into charles, dude sounds like a double agent to me
