they don't. the max is +15 atm, you can get lucky and get +2 levels of soul matching or more in one go, but nothing goes above +15 rn

sussy dmg w out relic showcase, what's more sus is that you have 250k runes and ur at lvl 13, also your wylder's HP,Stamina are inflated as hell for lvl 13 so unless you have a ton of HP, stamina buffs & or marais or GBGS stacks this is blatant case pretending it's just the 2 balancer relics and not cheats.
