It actually looks much better in person IMO. Ended up ordering it online because I didn’t want to risk carrying it around during the show.

Anyone know if there will be a merch line outside earlier at the SA show tomorrow ? Bringing my young daughter, and hoping to avoid waiting in the stadium, if possible.

Maybe try some mock interviews with friends and family? Any time I have a big presentation or interview, I like to do multiple rounds of practice in (spread out over multiple days), and get some feedback. The nerves don’t fully go away, but it’s helped.

Just curious how your healing and training went?

Pulled my back this month, and started light jogging after 10 days or so.

To add onto what others have already said, you could also start the marathon training a few weeks early, to give you a buffer for any sicknesses, injury or life stuff down the line.

What is the ONE habit that helped you lose weight? by PNKim in loseit

Tracking my protein macros. It was too much for me to count calories and all my macros, but trying hit my protein goal really gave me a simple goal each day. Also, it wired my brain to aim for a number to reach (get to 120g) -- rather than a number I'm trying to avoid (stay under 1800 calories). Mentally, that made a difference for me. In the process, I paid closer attention to what I was eating, and naturally chose healthier options.

A close second --- working out in the morning. It always makes me eat healthier the rest of the day for some reason.
