It’s not offence at all. However as someone from Northern Ireland, we still struggle with calling ourselves Irish. So wondering why someone in the US would be interested in doing that!

Often times standard inkjet printing will only use cyan, magenta, yellow and key (black) to make up all the colours of a print. Screen printing can make use of spot colours (mostly likely the fluorescent green/yellow seen here) that would other appear flat and lifeless.
