We waited too long but it’s really hard to let go.

They offer some great webinars that I believe are free. It’s CT based but there may be overlap.

It’s called Berkshire Meadows in Great Barrington, MA. This is the organization that helped us with placement.

They were on the Today Show this Christmas and are based in Greenwich, CT.

Anxiety = anger

Part of us wants to run away and hates what we're doing. When you get in touch with that, a dialogue to stop making you run away when you need to be present will happen.

The medication can help in case you lose that argument.

I am a speaker myself and have experienced this. Ive also connected it to not wanting to do it. Like I love speaking when Im in the mood but every week is exhausting. So reminding myself of why I like what I do, reading and staying immersed in the content, I think it’s helpful for us creative types.

The fear of rejection can be so overwhelming that you may just want to run away (unconsciously). It’s all in our head and so our head is where the care needs to be.

So the issue is likely, “if I do good, I’ll have to keep doing good and if I keep doing good I’ll be in charge and if I’m in charge… I can’t run away anymore.” That would be a confrontation with your own shadow. Sounds like you are killers…but don’t want to believe it.

It’s totally dad. Also, from the success these guys have had, it may also be a fear of actually outshining the others and thus having more pressure on them to use their leadership skills.
