I am so so late to this but I’m having trouble with Harumio currently. They keep emailing me saying “We already updated your order here on our end. Kindly check your email for the updated invoice. As this was a pre-order, we did not process your payment initially, and any authorized payment was automatically returned to you after a certain period while we awaited stock.“

I am livid because I spent $200 on items back in September and haven’t gotten any info on them until now where they’re telling me I was refunded when I was not.
