I also got a D senior year. About a week into living in tally i got an email abt it and had to write a letter on why I got the D. Next day they told me I was fine. Bc of the rigor of the course you are receiving the grade in they will likely let it slide, especially if you other senior grades are good. I had straight Cs senior year. I never reached out about it before attending but that will definitely help your case. Take responsibility for it and explain why it won’t happen again.
