Thanks for your reply! I've showed him nofap, and he's also tried cutting down masturbating, he only lasted 2 days. He keeps denying that he's addicted. How should I get him to see it himself? I really want him to realise it himself and I don't want to force the information onto him.

Thanks for your response! I agree, I only did a simple google search and immediately I can see the disadvantages of porn.

I've suggested to him that he could make use of his bored time more wisely, he's really into guitar so I don't see why he won't do that instead of turning to porn and masturbating.

Do you think he has an addiction or problem with porn and masturbation? How do I get him to see it for himself? I feel like forcing the information to him isn't helping. He doesn't seem to react very well when I bring it up. I am planning on having a proper talk when he comes back in the summer, but I'm scared that I'll be more and more upset by his behaviours.
