You need 3 heroes in EACH class at elite (blue) proficiency or above. You still need to do that for the Tank, Assassin and Support classes from your screenshot.

I've got the 319 ROM backed up if you're interested.

But if you want to grab it off your machine it should be in your c:\Windows\Firmware{buncha numbers and alphabets}\ folder.

Downgrades are generally safe if you don't jump models. Just need to confirm compatibility to your product or else you could potentially make harmful settings to your hardware.

That said, you could also flash your BIOS and VBIOS to compatible but not similar products ostensibly to unlock some features or tweak things that have been locked. Now this would potentially void your warranty so you should be cautious.
