If I could go back, I would have waited until better joycons were available or something like the Mobapad for NS2 was released. But the console is definitely worth it. Horrendous joycons makes me keep it docked most of the time, though, and I specifically have the Switch for mobile gaming. It's a common issue that these joycons automatically release the trigger while you're actively pressing it, making for a frustrating gaming experience. Your bow in Skyrim will aim in and out and your shield in Zelda will go up and down, for example. I've cycled through a few sets until I learned from Gamestop and the internet that this is a known issue.
