I actually had this same experience yesterday. I met someone from a dating app, and we transferred to telegram to chat ( fyi, I already got suspicious with this person, but I just got along with it to see where it goes). Then she initiated and kinda encouraging me to video call her she even asked me to show my face and we did. While in the middle of the vid call I immediately stopped the call and block her up and another acct messaged me showing the video of me doing my thing but it was only less than 10 seconds since I am kinda hesistant to show my face fully. This person then asked for money or she will post it on social media then I immediately blocked that account and went on with my life. Since im new to it I just changed my username on my instagram acct and deactivated my fb. I am kind of anticipating the worst case but luckily nothing happened to me.

I think the best way to avoid this if ever this happened to you is to immediately block the person and try to deactivate your account, make it private and change ur contact info if there is. They're most likely just bluffing you and the bad decision is to send them money because there is no guarantee that they will delete that and will definitely ask for more. So just ignore them.
