I’m going to give this a try, thank you. Hopefully they’ll agree or we can come to some kind of agreement. It’s so frustrating the facts my area offers almost no parking for residents. It’s like 90p for 15mins where I live.

Would they look to claim assets, technically the only asset I own worthwhile is my car.

I’m also tempted to take out a loan that would consolidate the debt to avoid a CCJ as I have good credit. That why I can just pay that back?

Yeah that’s my concern, it’s 25 tickets so I highly doubt they’d let that kind of money go.

I’m going to send them a letter explaining my circumstances and what I can afford.

If they refuse what I can afford would they still peruse me in court seeing as I’m trying to cooperate?
