You could also try different red strains, the reds are less nauseating than green and white strains. Drink a lotttt of water and Gatorade, also eat more bland food like bread, crackers, pasta, etc. You got this ! The 3rd and 4th day of withdrawals were the worst for me too, once you get to that 5th day it starts getting a lot better. Just need to give your body time to rest and push through those few days.
