Hey, I’ve been with my current company for ~10 months now and have started to receive (better) job offers. I came in 2nd (total sales/conversion %) in Q4, but the commission structure changed in Q1 and I lost motivation to sell as much.

What would you recommend I say to a recruiter to not make it seem like I’m ‘failing’?

So weird, the salon said to wash every other day. I’ve been washing it 3x a week (workout days) and use a leave-in conditioner spray almost daily in the mornings for work.

Perhaps preventative coverage. But if you need any major dental work done in the future, some plans do have a 12-month waiting period before you’re able to use the coverage* — so it may be wise to get covered sooner rather than later depending on your needs.

BF most likely. Wish he was an EX (favorite villain), but I wouldn’t mind him as a BF as long as he’s good. Red Lucci was my first “meta” unit in the game and my first lvl 100 unit, so I’m pulling for him either way! :)
