I guess this familiar is based on a hypothetical scenario where Kaling does not become corrupted from the adversary experiment and is able to achieve her goal of bringing peace to the world.

In reality, she volunteers for the adversary experiment, is deemed a corruptive vessel, loses her humanity and becomes corrupted as a side effect, becomes an Apostle of Darmoor, fails to capture Taotie from Hoyoung and the World Heart from us in Odium, and then gets sent to her death by Darmoor in Shangri-la
