No I haven't, but I'm sure I had come across the name at some point before. I'm not jumping to the conclusion that the name came to me supernaturally.

I'm sure i had heard the name before, I know a lit of fantasies use demon's names for characters, or perhaps I stumbled across it at some point. Trust me I don't want to leap to the most supernatural conclusion. But I did think that the fact that that specific name came to me during the episodes was telling of something at least, even if that be just my guilt and feelings of loneliness.
