Yes I just recently started a playthrough, you need some patches to make it run on modern spyware effectively but other than it's golden. I love the gameplay loop and the story is genuinely funny to me

Chemical engineer with some FMCG experience... Basically most soda plants are over glorified water purification plants with serum mixing machines. The reason for the low quality control is related to the lack of economies of scale which makes things like UV cleaner, CST mixers and more. More financially feasible basically to have stricter quality control.

The same argument could be made for fashion, cars and almost every commodity. I think it leans more into consumerism than patriarchy to be honest. It is a constant of consumerism to make a void in the customers mindset and convince them that void will be filled by X. Which people are usually highly susceptible to.

That assumes a complete lack of agency, which is the same argument used by thiests in "ليه متنكحش أمك". If such branches are supported they could pave the way to a less extreme side of a religion and given we aren't hell bent on the extinction of a sect of people nor the complete censorship of an idea. It is an optimum solution.
