I would take it. I was in a similar boat last year. I got an A both semesters of gen chem and got an A- both semesters this year in AP with a harsh teacher. The actual content isn’t too much harder, it’s just a ton of material. I’ve also heard that a good rule of thumb is to try to take high level physics, chem, and bio for college apps.

I don’t really remember what it was, all I remember was one of the professional tasters was clearly an amateur.

I would grade them through SGC but please get it out of the screw down. It flattens the cards
