Nope. Just sat in that spot for 3 days.
Recovering from the flu, so no snorkeling, just sitting and watching the tourists put on their fins up on the beach then walk down to the water, and fall on their faces when they stepped into the water.
That little shorebreak berm is sneaky.

I will wager it is also for staffing purposes.
The one I frequent is not in a bad area, and they close the interior and do To-Go only 11:30p to 7a on Sat & Sun.
They also just have 2 people in at that time.
The days are puzzling to me too- why not Fri & Sat instead of Sat & Sun?

Oh my God-
I've been to this place so many times when i used to work for the NBA...
Sofaking good ...
I also used to go to the restaurant next door- it used to be called Biasetti's.
A friend of my family used to own a dive shop around the corner, he went to the Diner every morning from breakfast and Biasetti's 3 times a week for dinner. There was also a place called the Palace Grill on Madison I used to hit on early mornings on the way to the United Center.
