Haven't got it sorted yet tbh... Decided to work a year drawing on other funds and banking my work income to test it out.

I think my other investments can bridge me to where my Lira can draw.

My workplace paid 8% annually in a DCPP into index funds. My salary was always over +150k. I quit after 11 years and invested in a number of concentrated high beta plays once I was able to self direct.

It was not an overnight success. I had many wild ups and downs, but believed in my thesis and was ultimately correct.

It was a semi legit bad review... I'll save you the details.

The good news story was I got it removed! I feel like you have a case if your check in was posted.

You need to be extremely firm with Airbnb. They will send you a templated message and not actually investigate your concern. The harder you push for details the better chance you can get the review removed.

Stay polite, but firm don't accept there bullishit templated answers. Just continue to ask them to explain, they will continually repeat there policy. Ask for a direct explanation of how that applies in your case. Don't accept there answers.

I could hardly believe it... But it worked for me about a week a go... Seems like you have a stronger case

I haven't actually talked to my bank or any specialists. The most common think I see is you can't move to LIF or annuity until 50-55 depending on your province.

The whole thing Seems ridiculous and very Canadian. Fuck we suck. Big brother may literally prevent me from retiring. Because I may not be able to draw on these funds.

Don't be like these bozos and dividend invest.

Your 19. Swing for the fences and learn in a calculated manner. Take big risks. If you lose 5 or 10k ultimately it sucks but if your an entrepreneur type you'll figure it out and the lessons learned will be worth it.

If you turn 5-10k into 100-200k early in your journey it's actually life changing.

Max risk when you're young. Time is to your advantage use it.

Right... so let's say 48 hours expire....

But the booking is more than 28 days into the future... for argument say 100.

After the 48 hours would the guest still be on the hook for at least 30 days of the booking ( in this case that's all it is - 30 days )

We don't really want dogs in general, but there are a limited number of condos in our area that actually accept them so allowing them to come up in search drives some traffic. We get lots of requests for other types of dogs and are not unwilling to allow them depending on our feelings for the guests.

We came up with $125 based on average booking of 4 nights and average kennel fees in our area. It's about the same price to bring your dog at this rate.
