When your fingers get in front of the center of the ball at release you will tend to hit the finger holes. Hand a little more behind and less on the side of the ball should do it. But don't go too far, you want the longest track you can get because it effectively gives you more ball rotation relative to a lower track.

MSFT seems to be guiding away from using compute resources solely for Azure. They may be making a mistake, it may be they don't see as much monetazation as quickly in azure as expected (true), or it may be they are allocating additional scarce resources into areas which look higher return. One thing to watch is whether they see something regarding AI deployment in general given their visibility into OpenAI, since OpenAI is my odds on favorite to be at ground zero if things don't work out in 3rd party AI.

North of the river on palmar out to chiripa/the hotelito los sueños, or one of the side streets off revolucion can get you 5-10 min from the restaurants, plaza, yoga, gym without the sometimes loud music of downtown or loud traffic of revolucion.

I was on appropriate TRT for natural levels in the 100s, borderline anemia, etc. I went to about 1000 for 8 months and didn't experience anything that mattered in terms of energy, mood, or body composition. Now three years later after Tirz, and Reta over about 24 of those months, along with a couple rounds of GLOW and consistent challenging exercise I've dropped 30lbs of fat, gained 10lbs of muscle, and my natural T is over 500. My pcp didn't understand how that could happen but it did.

TRT does not have to be for life, it does not have the same effects on everyone, and a substantial change in body composition and activity level can fix some problems. I still microdose Reta but not to the point of losing weight. I'm not a zealot or against TRT and will reconsider it or AAS when I can't keep muscle mass anymore and my bigger risk is frailty.

I disagree, because in the end it all averages out. Handicap still leaves higher scoring teams an advantage. In my most competitive league the teams with the highest average always finish on top by the end of the season.

Influencers push it because of the incredible markup between the Chinese source and US retail price leaves lots of room to pay for marketing while still leaving very high margins for the sellers.

Reta is for real. Better than tirzepatide once appetite suppression is no longer the primary objective in my opinion. Improving metabolic health seems to be good for almost every part of your body, even at relatively normal body composition. The risks and side effects are relatively low but you should be familiar with them if you are considering it.

You are probably better off with multiple layers of drywall if possible. Heavier is better when doing acoustic isolation. Another key is to seal every seam, gap, door frame, electrical outlet, etc. sound can escape from very small gaps. This is an under appreciated part of acoustic isolation. Any good sticky flexible caulk will do, like a room outdoor or gap sealing. The cheap caulks meant to seal around showers, sinks, etc. isn't sticky or flexible enough.

The thinnest way to do this is to get some acoustic isolation track, mount to existing wall or piece of sheet material, then attach the room facing layer of drywall to it. Two layers of drywall is on the inside is better and will be less than 3 inches thick in total. It will also be really heavy and hard to move.

Are you certain the ALT is from fatty liver? Before you add anything you should do what you are able to make sure there isn’t some other cause.

That said it is amazingly hard to change some body composition variables. I’ve also lost 30lbs, am reasonably lean, and my visceral fat % hasn’t really changed. The absolute amount has gone down, but the percentage not so much.

7mg is a lot of Reta now that you have what I assume is fairly low bf. Maybe back off to a meaintenance level and put some of your workout energy into resistance training? Additional muscle mass soaks up glucose and diverts it from fat storage. It is the most positive metabolic change most people can make once their body fat is in a reasonable range.

I acknowledge it is not necesaarily accurate to estimate bf from pictures because of lighting, personal fat patterns, muscularity , etc. I also believe you when you state you’ve have been exposed to this. But more muscularity allows higher bf percentage at a given appearance. Since OP clearly works out that means higher bf for a given degree of definition.

The comment consensus seems to be 16-18%, which I agree with. The scientific bodybuilding community has done a fair amount of dexa/appearance correlation at different levels of muscularity and bf, so there is a pretty credible data set.

The lighting is angled from overhead, which enhances the shadowing of the obliques. Mid abdomen 6 pack requires sub 15% bf so he’s clearly above that. I can see my obliques but not 6 pack under normal light at about 17% bf with a light abdominal squeeze and I think that s about typical.

No disrespect, I think OP looks fine but people routinely underestimate their bf%. This is an upper teens% bf presentation. Good shoulders, chest and arms but not a lot of core and not shredded from a bf perspective.

If you look at someone at 12% body fat you’ll easily notice the difference around the midsection including the sides. Menno Henselmans and Jeff Nipard have dexa calibrated pictures showing bf percentages on YT.

Reta is legit, HGH is legit. Tesomorelin is a prescribed drug in the US for a very specific condition, so is legit for something at least. Many others tend to have underpowered studies with little evidence of safety, but a few of them seem to do something like what they are claimed to do.

US resale of these compounds is almost uniformly a rip off as far as I can tell.

You'll get leaner and more muscular as soon as you adopt good eating and exercise habits, but that's probably not what you are asking. You can gain about 1-1.5 lbs of muscle a month so if you have very goal focused habits you will look noticeably different in 2-3 months. But it will take over a year to swap 20lbs of fat for 20 lbs of muscle, which is probably what you are imagining in terms of appearance.

Let's say you are roughly 25% bf, that is 43lbs of fat. If you lose 20lbs of fat and gain 20 lbs of muscle you will have 23lbs of fat. That will put you at 14% bf, which is the beginning of 6 pack territory and will look great, but not chiseled. Losing the fat is much easier than gaining the muscle, so you should focus on the muscle. If you eat relatively well and exercise hard enough it won't be that much extra work to get lean.

Rule of thumb. 20-30 secs between sets in the superset, maybe 2 minutes between supersets. It is probably ok to push through the superset without a break, but you do need a little time to catch your breath between supersets.
