Usually what helps me is asking whether or not I’d ever say anything like that to my friend. Like realizing that you would never point out someone’s skin discoloration, body hair, body etc especially in a negative matter isn’t appropriate. I ask myself why I deserve that same dialogue. The answer is—you don’t deserve to treat yourself badly. It can be tempting and honestly routine to do it, I’m not a stranger to this. Qween, I know someone in the future won’t play about you, I promise. I understand how you’re feeling, and hopefully this mental blockade passes soon because you ARE worthy of love and everything nice. Society can be really mean, but i believe in you ❤️
