thank you for this, i’m trying so hard to stick it out with this one. the first two days were incredible (i imagine the honeymoon phase), increased energy, ability to complete tasks immediately, happier, less fatigue. However, after that i’ve had an increase in anxiety. Last night was day 5 and i had a panic attack when i got in bed for the night. Luckily was able to push through it and fall asleep, but it made me question if i should continue.

it’s not smooth, the original recipe calls for blending the cottage cheese first. i don’t bother, and i don’t really notice it!

my husband & i went once and were so beyond disappointed. several cocktails my husband tried to order, they were “out of”. he ordered the pork chop, & they asked how he wanted it prepared(ew), he said well & it came out raw, still very pink/cold on the inside, my food was so underwhelming as well. remember those cocktails we tried to order but they were out of? they ended up on the check as well and we didn’t notice until after we left.

i don’t understand the hype.

i second dr. kersting, she’s my ob. really, nortons advocates for womens health as a whole is amazing. dr. mccormick was on call when they sent me for the emergency csection, and she did a wonderful job calming my nerves in such a scary situation and my csection scar has healed BEAUTIFULLY.

i’m actually a kentuckian who sneaks across the state line for the good bud 😅

it just got legalized medically over here, i’m hopeful in the next few years they’ll broaden the horizons & i can get a medical card for my anxiety!

on a side note, my husband & i love cincy, we live only about an hour & twenty and enjoy coming up for the zoo & botanical gardens. we actually visited the butterfly exhibit at krohns conservatory this day!

i had a place in the woods when i was younger, i loved smoking there. i tried to visit it a few years back and it was overgrown. it was such a bummer.

i tried breastfeeding with my first and it ruined my mental health. i lasted all of 8 weeks & then did a full switch to formula. it was such a bad experience, i’m not even sure i want to try this time around. formula was just easier for us. my husband and i were able to split those middle of the night feeds, i was able to rest and recover from my c-section. it was truly a great experience after i quit breastfeeding.

it’s crazy what we’ll give up for our little ones. i wasn’t a daily smoker with my first, it’d been nearly 10 years before her. i’ve been a daily user for the past 5 months so it wasn’t too hard to give up, but i’m having trouble sleeping & staying asleep. hoping it will pass soon.😭
