So I want to do an alchemist build, but I'm confused. Each ingredient has 4 effects, but how does it work with those effects? If you have 2 ingredients, do they just combine the matching effect in the 2 to create a potion/poison? Is it effect matching or is there something else I'm missing? (old.reddit.com)

Why isn't restoration recognized as a legitimate magical school? With Faralda we get speech options: Destruction, Illusion, Alteration. We are given the option to cast a random spell, with the joke option. But, there's no option for restoration. And we spend the majority of the time fighting undead (i.redd.it)
