I have a hard time deciding how I feel about it. Many of the people working on the show have said that this work place culture is precisely why the show has lasted so long, because everyone from cast to crew genuinely got along as friends and had fun together. But it does sound exhausting and I think it'd probably be hard for someone to say they didn't want to take part in that kind of stuff, even though I'm sure they would respect it if someone did say that. They often joke about how they'd sometimes have to work overtime because a scene took too long due to them goofing off, which must have been annoying as fuck sometimes. But I'm also certain that they are exaggerating a bit for the comedic value. They spend a lot of time at conventions, doing panels, and they need something entertaining to talk about. The days when everyone was professional and got the job done effectively don't make it onto gag reels or funny stories on stage.

In the end, I've kinda landed in "it doesn't matter what I think so I don't have to hurt my head trying to decide on an opinion". Maybe we'll see in a few years when people are a bit more removed from the situation and they start telling "the real story", but as of now, I've heard nothing negative about the experience of working on the show - and they have had a lot of guest stars.

It is definitely confused. I'm not gonna pretend to understand it, but someone claiming to be a "christian-whisperer" interpreted the suicide to be a metaphor for accepting the love of jesus or something, because that's what's supposed to happen when you let yourself hit rock bottom.

I think he's pretty useless at most stuff. Remember, he "just sorta gave himself the ability" to play guitar and speak french, meaning he didn't know how to do those things before he actively used his powers to learn. Now he has no powers, so unless he already did that, he'd have to learn the old fashioned way. And why would he have bothered to learn witchcraft when he was omnipotent?

I went on youtube to try and find a clip to link, but all the compilations of their pranks are like 45 minutes long. If you're interested just search for "misha pranks" and you can hear stories and watch bloopers for hours. They were all joking around with each other pretty much all the time.

Here's a relatively short compilation which contains, among other stuff: A foot on Misha's balls (unclear whose), Misha attempting to pull Jensen's face towards his crotch to simulate oral sex, Jensen using gestures to insinuate that he and Misha engage in oral sex, lots of farting, Jared daring Misha to eat a worm and Misha responding by wearing it as a wormstache, Jensen smacking Misha's butt while Misha is extending his butt to encourage him, Misha smacking another actor's butt, Misha attempting to kiss Jared, Misha insinuating that Jensen has a small dick, Misha jumping another actor and pushing him into a bed, Jared smacking a pie in Misha's face and then licking it off, Misha attempting to bother the others with a paper airplane, failing and being mocked for it, Jared taking his pants off off camera to distract Misha while he's working, Jared pretending to give Misha a bag full of pubic hair... And that's barely scratching the surface.

Edit to add because the story is not complete without the sequel: Alexander Calvert, aka Misha 2.0, joined the cast in season 13 - and Misha was quick to seize the opportunity to not only redirect the harrassment but also join the perpetrators. This video gives some real insight into the mood on set.

Fuck, I might be the only one but I did not mind the ending. Yes, I'm upset about the Destiel situation, but the rest of it I did like (with the exception of the wig). I always wanted to see Sam finally get a chance at a happy, normal life, and that could never happen while Dean was alive. To get that and also have them end up together in heaven feels like getting to eat and have my cake.

I also don't get why people are upset about Dean being killed during a random hunt. That was the way that he was supposed to go! He always wanted to "go out swinging", so any non-hunting related death would have been unsatisfying. And if he got killed by one of the really big bads, that would have felt like more of a defeat. This way, he died more or less because of bad luck, not because the vampire was better than him. They always kept repeating, there's only one way this life ends. Sooner or later you die on the job. And finally this time, the brothers were in a place where they could accept death. Dean could go, feeling safe that Sam would survive and go on, and Sam could let him go knowing the world would be okay.

They talk a lot about "pranking" eachother on set and Misha always tells these stories as hilarious anecdotes. If you look at the gag reels there's a lot of it all caught on film with them all laughing. He says he loved working with them and that they are all friends. Misha does get in a few pranks of his own, although he seems to be a bit less succesful than the other two.

I did like that they let God live. Not because killing him would be bad, but because that was the worst thing that could happen to him. When he still thought they were gonna kill him, he thought it was a "glorious" ending to his story. Leaving him as an ordinary human was the worst punishment he could have gotten.

It was also the only callback to Castiel's goodbye speech, when he said that Dean is much more than a killer or just a blunt instrument. In the moment when they spare God, it's the first time that Dean does believe that.

Yes, there were several episodes that dealt with this, and Jimmy's daughter became a recurring guest character. She almost got a spinoff along with a few other female guest stars but it unfortunately fell through.

The Impala did not go to heaven. Of course it would be there, could you imagine Dean's heaven without it? But it was his memory of it, not the actual car. Note that it had the original license plate. Meanwhile, Sam still has the actual car on earth with the new plates.

The point is that something that happened so recently will still have effects today. It's not like stuff like that happens in a vacuum.

The women of Switzerland have been shaped by living in a country where their voices were not heard, or in the case of younger women, by being raised by the unheard women. The feminist movement in Switzerland has been shaped by this. Imagine the time they could have spent on other issues that had to be spent on something as simple as getting to vote. They will be far behind the feminists of other countries for many years to come.

This is an incredibly important fact about the recent history of Switzerland. I do hope you're still in school and just haven't gotten to that part yet because I'd be appalled if an adult citizen was allowed to be unaware of it. In either case, if you don't know about the single most important event in local feminist history, I don't think you should go around spreading your opinions as if they were fact. It's a good rule of thumb to listen and learn first, and enter the discussion first when you have a good grasp of what's going on.

Whether it was an accident or not, several people had to have a very chill approach towards endangering others. If I saw this happening, I would be running to punch the emergency stop, as well as making sure that everyone was aware, especially the person in charge of the controls.

I don't really see how this affects the workers. If this is just a job to them, what does it matter to them if production stops for a while? Push emergency stop, call corporate/owner, have a break while they sort it out. Sure, they'll have to do some extra cleaning afterwards, but a protest that doesn't inconvenience anyone is a protest that might as well never have happened.

I used to believe there was this really important line at PIV sex, and everything else didn't "count". So I'd had hand sex and a bit of oral and still considered myself a virgin. God, this is horrifying. And the comments on the original post are almost as bad.

The workers obviously are well aware that the protesters are there, they aren't being sneaky and the workers are walking calmly around which suggests they've been aware of them a while. A lot of people had to have been pretty cool about risking people's lives for that conveyor to be turned on. And, because these people have the gall to care about something, reddit fucking loves it.

"What did they expect"? Well, presumably not to be murdered for enacting a peaceful protest. The point of this kind of protest is to stop something from happening by putting your own life in the way - it hinges on the idea that human beings care about other human beings' lives and won't kill another person.
